Abstract

The development of modern organizations is shaped by a dynamically changing external environment, characterized by rapid technological advancement, globalization, increasing competition, and frequent regulatory changes. These factors shorten the organizational life cycle and necessitate the application of flexible management approaches. The growing complexity of the business environment compels organizations to invest significant human, financial, and informational resources to ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness. Under conditions of limited resources and time pressure, effective change management becomes a critical factor for organizational success. In this context, projects play a key role as instruments for implementing strategic transformations. They provide a structured approach with clearly defined objectives, resources, and time frames, enabling better control over the change process, minimizing resistance, and achieving sustainable outcomes. The advancement of modern information technologies and the increasing complexity of project activities further emphasize the need to integrate change management with project management. Under the pressure of global competition, organizations must develop specialized managerial competencies that allow for flexible and effective adaptation to the dynamic business environment.
