Federal Income Tax Compliance Costs: A Case Study of Hewlett-Packard Company

Abstract

Estimates compliance costs incurred by a large U.S. multinational that prepares Form 1120 (and accompanying forms). Concludes that such a corporation can complete an accurate corporate tax return with the functional equivalent of three full-time tax professionals.
