Abstract

(Approaches in business ethics aim on structuring business enterprises in a kind, so that ethical acting in questions of business arises. Prerequisites for moral acting are individual moral cognitive structures, developed in a special kind. So the individual and organizational levels thus need to be connected. The paper shows, how individual moral-cognitive development can be influenced during the period of voca-tional education, and how the moral-cognitive quality is connected to modern ap-proaches on business education, so that on the one hand the potential, but on the other hand the limitations of those concepts are highlighted.)
