Abstract

Es indispensable abordar el tema de las reformas a la educación y, especialmente, de la educación superior desde una perspectiva histórica que permita identificar los ejes temáticos de sus contenidos, no sólo a partir de las leyes y proyectos de ley que las instrumentalizan, sino incorporando todo el marco normativo que desarrolla reformas imperceptibles en la discusión pública y de gran impacto en términos funcionales, didácticos y pedagógicos.
