Abstract

La calidad en la educación es tópico de actualidad dadas las corrientes de la calidad total y las expectativas de desarrollo en los países. En el presente trabajo se considera a la educación como un sistema donde es posible evaluar el servicio proporcionado a los usuarios, de acuerdo con las necesidades y expectativas expresadas por ellos. Esta evaluación del servicio proporcionado, se integra como una investigación y debe considerar los elementos sustantivos del proceso educativo enseñanza-aprendizaje.
