Abstract

The article examines the results of the research work "Analysis of measures implemented by transport companies in Moscow that provide transport services to the population and aimed at improving the quality of services, including analysis and assessment of the quality of services provided by the Moscow Central Ring and the Metro" external grant. The research authors developed a methodology for managing the system of continuous monitoring of consumer expectations and using "large data".
