Abstract

Moscow - one of the most densely populated and developed cities in the world, every day passes millionth passenger traffic of residents and guests of the capital. Provide comfort and mobility of carrying passengers - a priority of the city authorities. FGOU students during "REU them. Plekhanov "conducted a marketing study to assess the importance of different service options for both users and non-users of public transit capital among residents of Moscow and the Moscow region.
