Governability Of The State And Inclusive Growth As The Landmarks For Public Policy In Modern Russia

Abstract

Governability today serves as a criterion for success of public administration; it assumes new forms of political, economic and social organization. It can help the state to respond to the challenges of globalization, modernization, to changes of individual and collective values, to increasing social demands and expectations which often exceed the limit of traditional institutions. Governability and inclusive growth – the main landmarks of the modern public policy, which the author with the development of communication, dialogue and cooperation in society. It means that the responsibility for the quality of governance is rested not only on the state but on civil society also
