Sprats in the Moscow market of canned fish

Abstract

The aim of our study is to review the marketing status of the Moscow wholesale market sprat in 2001. The study is based on the method of the expert survey, a method that includes: selection of experts survey form, the definition of the structure and strength of the expert group, the development of the methodology of the study, survey, a list of problems. As experts in the survey attended by leaders and experts who know the state of the market of meat products. Also in the study used statistical data and other studies, "Milagro M".
