Abstract

The contemporary administrative phenomenon goes through a series of structural transformations due not only to its traditional juridical and ideological determinations, but also to the technicalization of economy and public services. The “society of knowledge” came to represent a major challenge for the European authorities which, by means of strategic projection (The Lisbon Agenda, The 2020 Agenda), generated the reorganization of the whole societal system according to the digitalization and e-governing coordinates.
