Versengő és kooperatív magatartás az átalakuló gazdaságban
[Competitive and cooperative attitudes in a transforming economy]

Abstract

A kelet-közép-európai országokban - így Magyarországon is - a rendszerváltást követően viszonylag gyorsan kialakultak a piacgazdaság alapvető intézményei és jogi keretei. A gazdasági szereplők magatartása azonban lényegesen lassabban változik. Kutatásunk célja az volt, hogy megmutassuk: közel két évtizeddel a rendszerváltás után milyen mértékben fejlődött ki a piacgazdaságokban nélkülözhetetlen versengő, illetve a nem kevésbé nélkülözhetetlen kooperatív magatartás. Képesek-e a gazdaság szereplői pozitív választ adni a külföldi konkurensek megjelenésére, vagy még mindig a régi versenyellenes hozzáállás dominál? Hogyan befolyásolja a versenyzők magatartását az állami beavatkozás? Válaszainkat e kérdésekre 71 mélyinterjúra alapoztuk, összehasonlítva a válaszadók véleményéből nyerhető képet néhány nemzetközi vizsgálatból származó adattal.
