Az egyetemek és a vállalkozások kapcsolata az átmenet idején
[Relations between universities and business in the transition period]

Abstract

A cikk az egyetemek és a vállalkozások közötti kapcsolatok változását vizsgálja Magyarország piacgazdasági átalakulásának - az EU-tagságot megelőző - időszakában. A cikk az innovációs rendszerelmélet és a hármas csavarvonal (triple helix) modell alkalmazásával kutatja a kapcsolatok típusait és jellemzőit. Azt elemzi, hogyan mozdítja elő a kormány az egyetemek és a vállalkozások közötti kapcsolatokat, valamint hogyan viszonyulnak a vállalkozások az egyetemekhez. A kutatás fontos részét jelentette négy innovációs próbafelvétel eredményeinek az egyetem-vállalat együttműködés szempontjából való elemzése. Az egyetemi-vállalat együttműködések innovációs oldalról való vizsgálatával megtudható, mennyire befolyásolják az egyetemek mint tudásképző szervezetek az innovációk keletkezését, azok átütő vagy fokozatos jellegét, továbbá hogyan érinti a vállalkozások innovációs éhsége az egyetemi kutatások alakulását. A tudásalapú gazdaság kialakításában az ipar-egyetem közötti interakciók még mindig csak korlátozottan vesznek részt. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: O31, O32, O33.
