The Transversal Organization of the Economic Entities of the Coal Mining Industry

Abstract

This article demonstrates the possibilities of transversal organization of mining economic entities in Romania. Objectives of economic entities are described and steps to take in order to realize transversal organizing according to the specific of Activity-Based Costing method. All methodology of transversal organization is adapted to the specific of Romanian mining economic entities. In the transversal organizational stages were considered the conclusions of the implementation team. The article ends with the authors' conclusions regarding the importance of transversal organization of mining economic entities in Romania.
