Tedarik zinciri ağ tasarımı ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Günümüz iş dünyasında yaşanan yoğun rekabet; kısa, orta ve uzun vadeli kararlar almak zorunda olan tüm firmaların karar süreçlerini etkilediği gibi; üçüncü parti lojistik (3PL) firmalarının karar süreçleri üzerinde de belirleyici rol oynamaktadır. Tedarik zinciri ağ tasarımları da sahip oldukları etkiler sebebiyle; sezgisellikten uzak ve daha çok bilimsel temellere dayalı olarak verilmesi gereken uzun vadeli karar süreçleri niteliğindedirler. Bu makalede, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren bir 3 PL hizmet sağlayıcısı ile müşterisinin ortak yürütmekte oldukları tedarik zinciri ağ tasarımı problemi ortaya konularak, çözüm için karma tamsayılı programlama tabanlı alternatif bir model geliştirilmiştir. Belirlenen kısıtlar çerçevesinde; toplam ağ maliyetini minimize etme amacını taşıyan ve CPLEX 8.1’de çözümlenerek sonuçları yorumlanan bu modelde, toplam ağ maliyeti; tedarikçilerden depolara, depolardan mağazalara ürün taşıma maliyetleri ve kurulacak depoların sabit maliyetlerinin toplamından oluşmaktadır. Geliştirilen modelin, 3 PL firmalarının tedarik zinciri ağ tasarımı problemlerinde sezgisellikten uzak, bilimsel temellere dayalı kararlar alabilmelerine yardımcı olabilmesi bakımından katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
