Abstract

Türkiye OECD ülkeleri içerisinde numara taşınabilirliği ve 3G teknolojisine sahip olmayan tek ülkedir. 3G tüketicilere çeşitli teknolojik avantajlar sağlarken, numara taşınabilirliği de tüketici tercihlerini kolaylaştırmakta ve pazarda rekabeti artırmaktadır. NT’nin rekabete katkıları ve OECD uygulamalarını inceledikten sonra, bu çalışma her ikisin de bir an önce uygulanmaya konulmasını önermektedir.
