Sözleşme iktisadında etkinlik sorunu ve eksik sözleşmeler teorisi

Abstract

Gerçek dünyadaki sözleşmelerin birçok önemli noktada eksik yapıldıkları görüşü genel kabul görmektedir. Geleneksel tam sözleşme yaklaşımı sözleşme eksikliklerini hesaba katmamaktadır. Eksik sözleşmeler teorisi sözleşmelerdeki eksikliklerden kaynaklanan etkinlik problemlerinin analizindeki başarısı nedeniyle mikro iktisadın en hareketli alanlarından biri haline gelmiştir. Buna rağmen eksik sözleşmeler teorisi Türk araştırmacılar tarafından yeterince ilgi görmemiştir. Bu çalışma potansiyel Türk araştırmacılara eksik sözleşmeler yazınını olabildiğince az teknik detay ve telekomünikasyon piyasasındaki fiyat düzenlemelerine ilişkin bir uygulama ile tanıtmayı hedeflemektedir.
