Abstract

In the present study, the antioxidant activities (%AA) of the water extract for Phoenix dactylifera, Loranthus europeas, Zingiber officinalis, Citrus aurantifolia was measured by the TBARS method. Total phenol content, DPPH scavenger free radical activity and the iron chelation capacity of these extracts were also quantified.
