Study on the Influential Factors of Employment for the Economic Management College Students in Agricultural University under Financial Crisis Background

Abstract

At present, there are some typical problems in economic management college agricultural universityundergraduates' profession decision-making, such as taking up an occupation passively, not feeling satisfied withcurrent work and so on. Aiming at these phenomena and based on the background of the financial crisis, in thepaper, the author analyzed the cause from the angle of the graduates and carried through the SWOT analysis ofemployment competition. The results indicate that agricultural universities should strengthen the development ofperson with ability that could accord with the demand of social economic, strengthen education linked to thetheory and practice of education, strengthen its employment training capacity and improving the competitivenessof employment.
