Investigating the Effectiveness of Agile Supply Chain of F-Commerce: Bangladesh Perspective

Abstract

The swift expansion of Facebook commerce (F-commerce) in Bangladesh has revolutionized the retail industry, allowing SMEs to reach more customers without investing in infrastructure. A flexible supply chain allows for sustainable expansion by improving operational efficiency, lowering costs, and keeping customers satisfied. The pandemic that spread over the world showed how important supply chain management is for businesses to stay in business. Agile supply chain techniques guarantee optimal inventory management and adaptation to market volatility, ensuring sustained success. This paper investigates how Agile Supply Chain Management (ASCM) could improve the performance of Bangladeshi F-commerce enterprises. As independent variables the researcher created a model using agile supply chain key elements (FAS, AT, T, CS, FCI) and effectiveness measurements (IR, COS, BCS, EV, EC, PF) as dependent variables. Automation and technology moderate the study, which examines digital approaches as mediators. Measurement model analysis assessed validity, reliability, and factor loadings, while structural model analysis examined relationships. Agile supply chain key determinants improve F-commerce efficacy and digital communication use in all hypotheses except H5.
