Abstract

Esta investigación evalúa cómo la gestión del conocimiento está afectando el desempeño laboral del personal administrativo de una municipalidad distrital en Perú en 2023. Se analizaron tres dimensiones de la gestión del conocimiento: capacitaciones, aprendizaje organizacional y gestión por competencias. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental transeccional correlacional-causal y los participantes fueron 70 trabajadores administrativos. Los resultados indican una influencia significativa de la gestión del conocimiento en la eficiencia y manejo de habilidades, aunque se identificó una brecha en la capacidad de resolución de problemas.
