Abstract

"Wenn Unternehmen einen Mangel an qualifizierten Fachkräften beklagen, gleichzeitig aber flexible Formen der Beschäftigung zunehmen, stellt dies nicht unbedingt einen Widerspruch dar. Vielmehr zeigen sich dadurch die großen Unterschiede bei Angebot und Nachfrage auf verschiedenen Teilarbeitsmärkten." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
