Negociaci N Colectiva Y Estructura Salarial En Espa A

Abstract

En este art culo se analizan las pautas de diferencias sectoriales y territoriales presentes en la estructura salarial en Espa a, as como el papel que en la determinaci n de las mismas desempe a la negociaci n colectiva. Los resultados obtenidos permiten comprobar que las diferencias de corte geogr fico y sectorial presentes en los salarios pactados en los convenios de sector y percibidos son, adem s de muy destacables, marcadamente similares, lo que apunta a que los salarios pactados en la negociaci n colectiva sectorial ejercen una influencia rese able en la formaci n de la estructura salarial presente en el mercado de trabajo espa ol.
