Abstract

Существенную роль в достижении установленных целевых ориентиров в сфере общего образования играет кадровая политика, направленная на привлечение в школу молодых специалистов, сохранение в отрасли высококвалифицированного учительского корпуса, обеспечение направлений роста и самореализации в педагогической профессии. Вместе с тем, как показало социологическое исследование ЦЭНО ИПЭИ РАНХиГС, лишь каждый пятый учитель рассматривает для себя возможность построения карьеры. В статье представлены результаты исследования, раскрывающие видение учителями перспектив карьерного роста в зависимости от их возраста, самооценки материального положения, типа поселения, других характеристик профессиональной деятельности (квалификационная категория, преподаваемый предмет, педагогический стаж). Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
