Abstract

В статье приводятся результаты социологических опросов занятого населения, в том числе опроса, проведенного в 2022 г. Цель исследования предусматривала анализ текущих изменений на российском рынке труда, связанных с распространенностью вторичной занятости среди работающего населения и ее влиянием на участие граждан в теневой экономике. В течение последних двадцати лет отмечается снижение вторичной занятости у работников. Как правило, подработки не имеют официального оформления. Вовлеченность работников во вторичную занятость формирует у них более толерантное отношение к различным проявлениям теневой экономической деятельности. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
