Региональные Бюджеты В 2021 Г.: Сформирована Подушка Безопасности

Abstract

Показатели исполнения консолидированных бюджетов регионов (темпы роста, общий объем бюджетных доходов и собственных налоговых и неналоговых доходов, номинальный и реальный объемы совокупного бюджетного профицита) в 2021 г. обновили рекорды последнего десятилетия. В 2022 г. это даст возможность смягчить последствия кризиса, а сокращение доли дорогих в обслуживании коммерческих кредитов позволит повысить долговую устойчивость регионов в условиях роста процентных ставок в экономике. Структура расходов регионов в 2021 г. оставалась стабильной, а основные изменения в ней определялись завершением антикризисных мероприятий 2020 г. и переориентацией части расходов на направления, связанные с капитальными вложениями (ЖКХ и транспорт).
