Abstract

В целях борьбы с распространением коронавирусной инфекции образовательный процесс в школах периодически осуществляется дистанционно с использованием онлайн-платформ и электронных образовательных ресурсов. Несмотря на комплекс принятых мер, система образования столкнулась с существенными сложностями при переводе образовательного процесса в дистанционный режим. В меньшей степени оказались готовы к дистанционному обучению сельские образовательные организации, имела место региональная дифференциация по доступу к широкополосному интернету, наличию компьютеров и их использованию в учебных целях. Вопросы организации онлайн-обучения, включая обеспечение равенства возможностей в доступе к цифровой образовательной инфраструктуре, сохраняют свою актуальность. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
