Abstract

Поступления доходов в федеральный бюджет опережают плановые объемы как по нефтегазовой компоненте, так и по ненефтегазовой составляющей: по итогам первых трех кварталов 2021 г. доходы федерального бюджета составили 17,9 трлн руб., что эквивалентно 95,5% от прогнозируемого годового объема и на 35,6% выше поступлений за аналогичный период прошлого года. Расходы федерального бюджета за январь-сентябрь текущего года по сравнению с соответствующим периодом предыдущего выросли на 1,4 трлн руб. при кассовом исполнении в 76,6% от годовых утвержденных объемов.
