Abstract

В статье рассматривается участившаяся в последнее время практика пересмотра ведущими развитыми странами, в первую очередь США, критериев определения статуса развивающихся стран. Возможность подобной практики объясняется отсутствием на уровне международных организаций, в том числе ВТО, общепризнанных критериев по данному вопросу. В логике современных торговых войн, США используют этот пробел как инструмент торговой политики, создавая при этом новую форму борьбы за международную конкурентоспособность. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
