Во II кв. 2013 г. прекратился более чем годовой рост средневзвешенной за месяц процентной ставки по ИЖК в рублях: ставка за июнь составила 12,6% против наибольшего значения ставки в 12,9% за март 2013 г. Объем кредитов, предоставленных во II кв. 2013 г., составил 315,5 млрд руб., что на 26,63% превышает объем кредитов за II кв. 2012 г. Продолжается устойчивое снижение доли просроченной задолженности по ИЖК в рублях в остаточной задолженности (1,24% на 1 июля 2013 г. против 1,41% на 1 апреля 2013 г.) и рост соответствующей доли просроченной задолженности по ИЖК в иностранной валюте (12,45% на 1 июля 2013 г. против 11,78% на 1 апреля 2013 г.). Доля задолженности по дефолтным ИЖК, с просроченными свыше 180 дней платежами, относительно общей задолженности по рублевым и валютным кредитам уменьшилась до 1,15%.
