Abstract

За первые 5 месяцев 2013 г. предоставлено 270108 ИЖК на сумму 435,071 млрд руб., что по сравнению с соответствующим периодом 2012 г. на 12,41% больше по количеству кредитов и на 24,86% больше в денежном выражении. Остаточная задолженность по ИЖК на 1 июня 2013 г. выросла на 34,91% по сравнению с 1 июня 2012 г. и составила 2,214 трлн руб. В 2013 г. доля просроченной задолженности в остаточной задолженности по ИЖК в рублях снизилась, составив на 1 июня 2013 г. 1,32%, а по кредитам в иностранной валюте за этот же период увеличилась до 12,15%. В мае 2013 г. процентные ставки по ИЖК прибавили по сравнению с апрелем по 0,1 п.п., при этом средневзвешенная за месяц ставка по кредитам в рублях составила 12,7%, а средневзвешенная ставка по кредитам, выданным с начала года в иностранной валюте, – 10,1%.
