Abstract

В январе–феврале 2015 г. введено 155,9 тыс. квартир, общая площадь которых (12,3 млн кв. м) пре- вышает результат января–февраля 2014 г. на 40,6%. По данным Росреестра, в 2014 г. объем зареги- стрированных прав собственности на земельные участки (6735253 регистрационных акта), включая права физических лиц, превысил результаты 2013 г. на 1,69%. Впервые с 2010 г. рост ипотечного кре- дитования сменился в 2015 г. снижением: предоставленные в январе 2015 г. 43025 кредитов на сумму 70,52млрд руб. меньше на 9,85% по количеству и на 11,07% в денежном выражении, чем в январе 2014 г. На 1 февраля 2015 г. просроченная задолженность по ИЖК в рублях в процентах к остаточной задол- женности уменьшилась на 0,12 п.п. относительно 1 февраля 2014 г. и составила 0,87%. Средневзве- шенная ставка по ИЖК в рублях за январь 2015 г. составила 14,16%, что на 2,19 п.п. больше наимень- шего значения ставки за 2014 г.
