Abstract

За 5 месяцев 2014 г. рост объема ипотечного жилищного кредитования в сравнении с соответствующим периодом 2013 г. составил 35,96% по количеству предоставленных кредитов и 44,15% – в стоимостном выражении (соответствующие данные за 2013 г. к 2012 г. – 12,46% и 24,90%). За этот срок предоставлено 367398 ипотечных жилищных кредитов (ИЖК) на сумму 627,34 млрд руб. Остаточная задолженность по ИЖК на 1 июня 2014 г. выросла на 34,29 % по сравнению с 1 июня 2013 г. и составила 2,97 трлн руб. В 2014 г. доля просроченной задолженности в остаточной задолженности по ИЖК в рублях снизилась, составив на 1 июня 0,92%, а по кредитам в иностранной валюте за этот же период увеличилась до 13,60%. В мае 2014 г. средневзвешенная за месяц ставка по кредитам в рублях снизилась на 0,1 п.п. и составила 12,2%, а средневзвешенная ставка по кредитам, выданным с начала года в иностранной валюте, на 1 июня 2014 г. прибавила 0,1 п.п. по сравнению с 1 мая 2014 г. и достигла 9,6%.
