Abstract

В I кв. 2014 г. общий объем предоставленных ИЖК на 47,43% превышает объем кредитов, предоставленных в I кв. 2013 г. При этом за квартал предоставлено 198082 кредита на 334,73 млрд руб. Снижение доли просроченной задолженности по ИЖК свидетельствует о продолжающемся улучшении качества ипотечных кредитов. Однако общая задолженность по кредитам со сроком просроченных платежей свыше 180 дней на 1 апреля 2014 г. увеличилась относительно 1 марта 2014 г. на 0,11 п.п. и составила 1,88%. В 2014 г. продолжается снижение средневзвешенной ставки по ИЖК в рублях, выданным с начала года. На 1 апреля 2014 г. она составила 12,2%. Средневзвешенная ставка по ИЖК в рублях, выданным в течение месяца, составила 12,0% за март 2014 г..
