Abstract

The work is dedicated to the study of mechanisms for assistance provided for socially-oriented non-profit organizations. The authors substantiate the conclusion on the expediency of transformation of budget support by the “third sector” as it is currently carried out to marketing of social services despite organizational and legal forms used by the providers of such services.
