Abstract

Agrarians of the Oryol region consistently show high results in the production of agricultural products. Since 2018, there has been a constant increase in the gross harvest of grain and leguminous crops, and in 2020 a record grain harvest was obtained in the Orel region – 4282.4 thousand tons of grain in weight after refinement, which is 16.6% more than in 2019. With the introduction of export duties on grain, the situation in the domestic market has changed, there is a sharp drop in prices. The export duty restricts the export of grain for export. Innovative measures of state support for agricultural producers contribute to solving problems.
