Le imprese sociali a sostegno del benessere delle fasce deboli

Abstract

Scopo del presente articolo ? la rilevazione del benessere dei lavoratori delle cooperative sociali di tipo B, che, in base alla L 381/91, mirano all?inserimento lavorativo di personale svantaggiato. Obiettivo dell?articolo ? analizzare se e in che misura i lavoratori svantaggiati delle cooperative traggono benefici psico-fisici, relazionali ed economici, dal periodo di inserimento lavorativo in cooperativa. La ricerca ? svolta tramite la metodologia del questionario e su un campione di 285 soggetti, inseriti in 29 cooperative sociali operanti nella Provincia di Brescia. Si ritiene che i risultati ottenuti siano a dimostrazione del sostegno del benessere generato dalle imprese sociali nei confronti dei propri dipendenti, soprattutto quando essi sono soggetti deboli.
