Le cure territoriali in emilia-romagna tra sfide demografiche, continuit? e innovazione

Abstract

Il contributo analizza l?evoluzione della sanit? territoriale in EmiliaRomagna nel quadro definito dal Decreto Ministeriale 77/2022. Dopo aver richiamato le principali dinamiche demografiche e sociali, l?articolo ricostruisce l?assetto regionale e le nuove architetture assistenziali, mettendo in luce gli elementi di continuit? con una lunga tradizione di integrazione sociosanitaria e le specificit? del modello emilianoromagnolo. Un paragrafo ? dedicato alle esperienze che integrano sanit?, sociale e risorse di comunit? in ottica di welfare territoriale. Nella parte finale si analizzano i principali nodi irrisolti ? lavoro in ?quipe, coinvolgimento della medicina generale, limiti della medicina di iniziativa, ricoveri evitabili, disorientamento dei cittadini ? evidenziando come l?invecchiamento rapido della popolazione renda urgente il rafforzamento del welfare di comunit? e degli strumenti di stratificazione del rischio per una transizione effettiva verso la medicina di popolazione.
