Le cure domiciliari quale pilastro della nuova sanit? territoriale: stato dell?arte e prospettive

Abstract

Nel processo verso la nuova sanit? territoriale, lo sviluppo delle cure domiciliari ? stato incoraggiato con appositi programmi, specie con il Pnrr. Il lavoro fa il punto sulla capacit? del Paese di raggiungere i target prefissati dalle politiche nazionali ma anche sugli effetti indotti da tali programmi sul modello assistenziale, in particolare rispetto ai bisogni di Ltc. In aggiunta, si propone un confronto tra le Regioni su alcune dimensioni quali quantitative, sugli aspetti organizzativi, oltre che sulla centralit? riconosciuta alle cure domiciliari nell?allocazione delle risorse; un affondo speciale ? riservato al posizionamento del Veneto. Si presentano altres? alcune considerazioni di carattere metodologico sui criteri per la misurazione dei servizi offerti e sulle potenzialit? dell?introduzione di elementi di efficacia/outcome per rappresentare i benefici dell?Adi per il miglioramento del Ssn. Completano il lavoro alcune considerazioni sul post Pnrr e sulle prospettive per il futuro.
