Il disability management in azienda sanitaria. Uno studio qualitativo Sull?integrazione della risorsa umana con disabilit?

Abstract

Il Disability Management pu? essere definito come il processo sul posto di lavoro finalizzato a facilitare l?inserimento delle persone con disabilit?. L?obiettivo di questo studio ? quello di indagare le esperienze di DM riportate da esperti, al fine di identificare vantaggi e criticit? per il lavoratore e l?azienda. L?indagine ? stata effettuata adottando un approccio qualitativo fenomenologico. La popolazione in studio ? composta da personale dipendente di un?Azienda Sanitaria del Nord Italia, coinvolto nella gestione delle carriere delle persone con disabilit?. La raccolta dei dati ? stata condotta tramite la somministrazione di un?intervista, successivamente analizzata attraverso il metodo della content analysis. L?analisi dei dati ha evidenziato che il DM garantisce l?inserimento delle persone con disabilit? nel mercato del lavoro e favorisce l?equit? e l?integrazione. Considerando il futuro di questo management, si auspica una maggiore fluidificazione dei percorsi di inserimento e monitoraggio in itinere della carriera dei lavoratori con disabilit?, con particolare attenzione alle possibili barriere architettoniche e culturali.
