Abstract

A partire da un possibile contributo alla configurazione di una pi? moderna teoria della contrattazione collettiva, il saggio si concentra su un duplice interrogativo: come e dove reperire i testi contrattuali (soprattutto di livello decentrato) e come esaminarli in chiave sistematica e nella prospettiva del cosiddetto diritto delle relazioni industriali. Soffermandosi sulla conoscibilit? e sullo studio della contrattazione collettiva aziendale, l?Autore si concentra sulla meto-dologia di indagine della contrattazione collettiva in una precisa logica di sistema e sulla ne-cessit? di affrontare i problemi che l?analisi di tale materia comporta attraverso pi? saperi disciplinari.
