Prevenire l?insorgenza dei neet attraverso l?integrazione tra studio e lavoro

Abstract

L?articolo sostiene l?importanza di perseguire, da parte degli Atenei, percorsi e processi innovativi di transizione e integrazione tra studio e lavoro per i propri studenti al fine di ridurre e, ancor meglio, prevenire i rilevanti problemi di disallineamento tra domanda e offerta di lavoro che colpiscono in particolare i giovani. ? possibile individuare criticit? strutturali che caratterizzano pervasivamente il periodo della transizione tra studio e lavoro, ed ? anche possibile risolverle o quanto meno ridurle attraverso la sperimentazione di pratiche originali. Questo pu? portare vantaggi significativi non solo per i giovani, ma anche per le imprese e il contesto socio-economico nel suo complesso. L?articolo porta ad esempio di ci? l?esperienza dei Percorsi di Inserimento Lavorativo dell?Universit? di Ferrara, i cui risultati positivi sono spiegati per l?appunto da una metodologia che si differenzia, per certi aspetti anche in modo radicale, gli approcci pi? comunemente utilizzati.
