Trasformazioni del lavoro e politiche per l?inserimento occupazionale dei giovani

Abstract

L?articolo ripercorre le recenti riforme che hanno riguardato gli strumenti per la transizione al lavoro dei giovani (in particolare apprendistato, tirocini, alternanza scuola-lavoro) provando a suggerire alcune piste di ricerca e di riforma che tengano maggiormente conto della rinnovata centralit? della dimensione territoriale e di un governo realmente "partecipato" del mercato del lavoro, al fine di costruire le condizioni della "occupabilit?" dei giovani senza perdere di vista i condizionamenti territoriali e istituzionali.
