Abstract

L?articolo si propone di analizzare i principali risultati della ricerca ?Le farmacie comunali in Lombardia. Dinamiche attuali e prospettive future?1, promossa da Confservizi Lombardia2 in collaborazione con KPMG Advisory S.p.A.3 L?indagine ha analizzato, attraverso un approccio multidimensionale, le 468 farmacie comunali lombarde con l?obiettivo di comprenderne la configurazione territoriale, i modelli di gestione, le dinamiche occupazionali e l?evoluzione dei servizi. Il lavoro offre una lettura integrata del ruolo delle farmacie comunali nel sistema sociosanitario lombardo, evidenziando le criticit? e le opportunit? che ne caratterizzano la transizione verso modelli di gestione sostenibili e innovativi. Vengono inoltre delineate le principali direttrici evolutive in materia di governance, integrazione territoriale e sviluppo della ?Farmacia dei Servizi?.
