Brecha de género en las pensiones: límites del complemento y desafíos estructurales

Abstract

El artículo analiza la brecha de género en las pensiones, un problema global que deja a las mujeres con menor seguridad económica en la vejez. En España, se ha aprobado el complemento para la reducción de esta brecha, pero se considera una medida limitada que debe acompañarse de reformas estructurales y acciones desde el ámbito empresarial. El estudio se centra en el análisis jurídico de dicho complemento, su insuficiencia y el papel de las empresas. metodológicamente, combina datos actualizados de fuentes oficiales (INE, Eurostat, EAPN-es) con un análisis cualitativo basado en documentación, legislación y jurisprudencia, para ofrecer una visión crítica y contextualizada del problema.
