Percepciones en torno a las condiciones de vida y bienestar de los artistas y profesionales de la cultura en España

Abstract

Este artículo analiza las percepciones en torno a las condiciones de vida y bienestar de los trabajadores del sector cultural en España, a partir de los datos de una encuesta realizada a 1.384 artistas y profesionales de la cultura en el año 2022. Los resultados del estudio muestran cómo los trabajadores más jóvenes y con empleos precarios suelen estar menos satisfechos en el trabajo y son más propensos a pensar que los resultados de la vida dependen de factores externos, como la suerte o el destino. La investigación puede ayudar a tomar consciencia de que el enorme potencial económico y social del sector cultural y creativo pasa por un mayor reconocimiento profesional y económico, además de social de sus trabajadores.
