Abstract

This article intends to go beyond the most classic models in economy, trying to approach the logic behind organizations which we call management. We explain that superposing informal systems on formal systems is not enough to fully grasp market logic. An indispensable element is the concept of unit the organization has, which allows us to propose a new management paradigm. We have then identified four aspects, the understanding of which should be the basis for a new economic theory on organizations: training, creativity, sociability and ethics.
