Mudanças no padrão de financiamento do investimento no Brasil

Abstract

O padrão de financiamento do investimento está mudando no Brasil. Durante a décadade 70 baseou-se no padrão clássico que prevalece nas fases iniciais do desenvolvimento,ou seja, no financiamento estatal e externo. Mas, na segunda metade da década de 70, essepadrão se rompe à medida que o setor público perde sua capacidade de poupança. Na segundaparte da década de 80, o setor público deverá recuperar parcialmente a sua capacidade depoupança, enquanto o setor privado assume um papel crescente no investimento.
