Covariant approach to the wilson renormalization of nonlinear σ models

Abstract

An approach is presented which allows to perform the Wilson RG analysis of the nonlinear σ models (Q matrix and S-vector models are considered) in such a way that a contribution of any diagram of the loop expansion is expressed directly in terms of a slow field (Qslow or Sslow).
