Digital intelligence transformation, patient capital, and the upgrade of corporate human capital

Abstract

This article empirically examines the impact of digital intelligence transformation and patient capital on the upgrading of human capital in Chinese A-share companies from 2010 to 2023. The study finds that digital intelligence transformation significantly promotes the upgrading of human capital; patient capital notably drives the enhancement of human capital; patient capital effectively moderates the influence of digital intelligence transformation on the upgrading of human capital; and the effect of digital intelligence transformation on human capital upgrading exhibits heterogeneity across different regions.
