Abstract

This paper utilizes panel data from various regions in China spanning 2008 to 2023 to systematically analyze the driving effect of digital governance on the transformation of intellectual property protection. The findings indicate that digital governance significantly strengthens regional judicial efforts in intellectual property protection. Further subgroup regression results reveal significant heterogeneity in the mediating effect of financial support across regions with different levels of economic development.
